Tim Frawley has 25 year's experience as a plumber. His business specialises in plumbing maintenance work for: - homeowners, local small businesses, hospitals, laboratories, strata managers, real estate agents, churches and local schools.
Tim Frawley Plumbing has a crew of qualified, competent plumbers (Sense of humour! Needs a full stop after it) Our plumbers and apprentices are up to date with the latest techniques on how to get the job done right the first time.
Tim Frawley Plumbing is a member of the Master Plumbers and the Manly Chamber of Commerce.
Tim Frawley is an accredited GREEN PLUMBER so he can advise the best way to save water and energy around your home or business. A Green Plumber is someone who specialises in environmentally friendly plumbing practices.
Tim Frawley is an active member of the Manly Skiff Club and is a keen kayaker. His wife, Jackie, manages the business administration. They live locally in the northern beaches and have three young daughters.
Terms and Conditions
Tim Frawley Plumbing is competitively priced. We keep our overheads to a minimum by working locally. Unlike other plumbers we don’t charge an upfront cost before the job commences. Rather we charge an hourly rate which commences when we start to drive to the job and ends once we have cleaned up. We think this is the fairest system.
Hourly rates are:
- Qualified tradesman $45.00 per half hour
- Apprentice labour $22.50 per half hour
- Plus parts, plant and equipment
- Plus GST
We will match any written quote and offer the added benefit of ensuring Tim Frawley the licensed owner of the business supervises all jobs.
If the work is over $1000 we require a contract to be signed. This is a standard "Master Plumbers Plumbing works contract."
Payment is required on completion of each job, either by credit card, cheque, cash or electronic funds transfer.
